Shipping Policy

Please advise that the shipping charges will be less if you buy more then one item.  We will adjust the orders accordingly depending on what items have been purchased.  

All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current.

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. 

Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number (US only).

We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned. 

We Don’t ship Internationally at this time.

We can only send to the Continental US destinations only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam are not available at this time.

Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Please be sure to ship to a secure location.  All shipments are tracked. Once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered. 

In-Store Pickup

Orders purchased online for in-store or curbside pick-up will be ready the following business day after purchase has been made.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up so you know when to arrive.
