What Is Your Return Policy?

- › Within thirty (30) days of purchase
- › Merchandise and packing must be in original condition
- › Copy of Receipt
- Any Return that is not Broken (Damaged) customers will be responsible for the return shipping if you are wanting a full refund minus the original shipping cost.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Defective Items (Broken, Defective,) Please send a picture of the item in question to our email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or replacement.
- All sales are final on all sale items.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please Note: Personalized ornaments or stockings, custom floral and sale merchandise cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
